Imagine the look on the faces of your guests when an owl flys elegantly down the aisle carrying the wedding rings and delivering them with style to the glove of the best man. This is what we offer with our amazing, highly trained barn owls. We also offer owl handling and even a fascinating flying show with different birds of prey to add to your entertainment setlist. A truly unique and memorable addition to your special day.
We cover the whole of the UK (mainland), have over 12 years experience in providing owls for weddings and we are fully insured.
How it works
On the day of ceremony, the falconer will arrive about an hour before the guests start arriving. The practice flight with the best man (or whoever will receive the rings) lasts for just 5 minutes. The falconer then hides away with the owl until the moment arrives. The barn owl will fly down the aisle with the rings attached to the glove. Once the rings are removed, the owl will fly back to the falconer. The falconer then stays for upto an hour after the ceremony to allow the guests to hold the owl and take photographs. Additionally or alternatively you can have extra owls for different kinds for handling or the highly entertaining and interactive flying show presented by the experienced falconer.
